Built in Biloxi in 1971 by Gene Weems and Bill Ross, the wooden hull Biloxi lugger measures as follows:  length 48.8 feet, breadth 16.1 feet, depth 4.8 feet.  Weight:  27 gross, 21 net tons with a 165-horsepower engine.  Lady Vera was restored in 2011 and still resides in the Biloxi Harbor.
