BIG BILL

Built in 1969 by A.W. “Tony-Jack” Covacevich, Big Bill was a steel hulled fishing vessel constructed for the Kennedy Family and worked for the Chandeleur Island Fishing Company.  Dimensions:  length 79.6 feet, breadth 22.23 feet, depth 11.3 feet.  The vessel weighed 134 gross, 91 net tons.  It was built in Biloxi.  Later the vessel was employed by Mavar Pet Food Company.
